V. serves as a contact point and representative for the Dortmund parkour and freerunning community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parkour is a sport from France in which urban and natural obstacles are overcome in an efficient and elegant way using only one's own physical strength. Freerunning expands parkour basics with acrobatic elements and individual expressiveness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As an association, we give the youth scene around Parkour training opportunities in the city of Dortmund, organize sporting events, network with various cooperation partners and increase acceptance for our sport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At our annual general meetings, association members jointly determine the fate of the association, elect the association committees and actively shape the future of Parkour in Dortmund.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Der Parkour Dortmund e.
